Me: Amulet

The item to the right is a Celtic Love amulet. If you ever meet me, you'll probably see it around my neck. I got it from a vendor at King Richard's Faire.

There are four runes on the Celtic cross. "Only in perfect trust, signified by the M rune Ehwz, can one have perfect love, the X rune Geofu. Such love is balanced by passion, the C rune Ken, and joy, the P rune Wynn, ensuring passionate love together with friendship and harmony." The phrase in the center translates to, "The seeds of love grow in trust." I'm not a superstitious person, and I don't believe that the amulet will find me true love, but I do like the symbolism and fully believe in the significance of it. Yes, I'm a hopeless romantic.
