Philosophy: Multiple Lives
I think it would be great if you could keep all of your knowledge and go through life multiple times. There are so many experiences I want to have, but there's probably not enough time to perfect all of them. Besides, if you really screwed up in one of them, you could start from scratch.
For example, wouldn't it be fun to see how long you could pay off credit card bills with another credit card before you get arrested? It's not something you'd really want to try, unless you followed it right up with, "I wonder what it would be like to change my entire identity and move to a third-world country," but it's such an tempting idea. There are a lot of things that would be interesting to try just to see what happens, but the long-term effects aren't worth satisfying that curiosity.
Then there's the idea that you would be able to perfect several professions. If I could have multiple lives, I would go through once as a biomedical engineer (That's the one I'm training for now), once running my own desktop publishing company (my hobby), and once as an incredibly famous musician (just because).
