Hamburger Stroganoff


1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
3 Tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon (sodium free)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 4oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cups Hot Cooked Noodles or rice


Cook & stir meat, onion & garlic in large skillet until meat is brown. Remove grease with a spoon. Mix flour, bouillon, salt, pepper & mushrooms into the meat mixture. Stir in water & heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover & simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream & heat. Serve over noodles or rice.
