Lassi

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt 
  • 2 cups strawberries 
  • 2 tablespoons honey 
  • 1 cup ice cubes 
  • 1/2 cup nonfat (0%) milk 
  • Few pinches ground cardamom
Directions: 
  1. Combine yogurt, strawberries and honey in a blender and pulse until strawberries are puréed.
  2. Add ice and milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish with cardamom.
Notes:
